Illume Fertility's Marketing & Strategic Growth team is seeking a dedicated Content Copywriter & Project Manager to join our highly collaborative team. The perfect candidate will have proven experience in copywriting or a related role, with excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities, in addition to a track record of independent time management, organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Marketing team, this role includes various responsibilities and skills, such as:

• Writing engaging and compelling copy for our two brands, Illume Fertility and Gay Parents To Be, including copy for our websites and other patient-facing collateral.
• Drafting on-brand, creative copy for social media posts, ads, and other content formats.
• Editing and proofreading copy for internal initiatives and other projects.
• Monitoring social media channels, actively responding to comments and messages, and proactively pursuing other forms of engagement.
• Formulating effective headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action to drive audience engagement.
• Collaborating closely with the design team to create engaging, on-brand content that complements the copy and/or article being promoted.

With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will also organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success. The role may also involve:

• Managing communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for various projects
• Strategically employing SEO tactics to expand brand visibility and achieve KPI targets.
• Sourcing appropriate stock images and videos for marketing purposes.
• Researching medical literature relevant to content themes.
• Assisting with graphic design projects and other tasks when needed.
• Helping to manage project load and workflow.
• Performing other related marketing and project management-related tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Prior experience in copywriting and editing
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.), Canva, Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with writing for SEO
• Comfortable working and excelling within a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• A solid grasp of the fertility and family-building sector.
